EXCHANGES

Thank you for shopping with Bliss Swimwear|Apparel. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or provide store credit for your unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date. Due to the nature of swimwear, we do not offer refunds.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  • Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
  • Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt, in form of store credit.
  • Store credit is redeemable online or by phone with a Bliss Swimwear|Apparel representative.
  • Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Soiled garments will be returned.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
  • Accessories and clearance items are final sale, and cannot be returned.

 REFUNDS

Complete the return form, attached to your receipt and securely repackage your merchandise. Indicate what items you are returning.

Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier bar codes from package. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. We do recommend sending your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed with your store credit information.

CREDIT PROCESSING

If you choose to receive a store credit you will receive an email with your credit value that can be redeemed online or by phone. Please note online credits cannot be transferred to use in store.

 DAMAGES

Bliss Swimwear|Apparel guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 60 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. Bliss Swimwear’s suits are delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.

 Please contact Bliss Swimwear|Apparel for damages that occur after 60 days for more information and pricing. 

Soiled damages will be returned to owner as is.

 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Bliss Swimwear|Apparel swimsuits are similar to fine lingerie and must be cared for in the same manner. All swimwear should be hand washed separately in cold water with very mild soap (we recommend specialty lingerie detergent) immediately after use. Lie flat separately or hang to dry.
